I recently brought my car to Wondries for servicing, including belt drive, front-right passenger axle, and tire replacement. After the service, I noticed an issue with the ignition coil that was NOT there before and ended up fixing it myself.
Regarding the tire replacement, one of the mechanics informed me 1 of the tires was damaged during installation (piece of the rubber wedge between the tire bead and wheel caused an indentation, stopping it from sealing and requiring replacement). They accused a mechanic outside Wondries for not installing it correctly. At the time, I ONLY went to Wondries, and I kept all my receipts. After showing them a screenshot of the last tire rotation receipt (on March 11, 2025), they didn't admit to the fault, but offered a discount to the new replacement. So it became an additional charge for a mistake that was made at Wondries on my last vehicle servicing.
Overall, my experience felt unprofessional, and I personally will not be returning. I strongly advise my Toyota friends to consider other options for servicing and repairs.

I had a wonderful service experience. I was checked timely and Todd came out shortly. In 10-15 mins I was checked timely and on my way. By text I received the results of the inspection report with suggested repairs with accompanying photos. Once I approved the services I wanted done, all repairs were taken care of. I checked out with Todd when the car was ready and was done. Very seamless and efficient service experience.
