Todd wasn’t friendly , at least he should smile and make me feel welcome , but it wasn’t from the beginning when I left my car was unpleasant and at the end when I picked up the car was the same . So different than the person from last time .

Took my vehicle to have the brakes rechecked because it was making a strange noise. Thee hour later I was told that it probably was dust that got into the brakes,, I told the service representative that I waited three hours just for to tell me that, I was than told that it was going to take approximately two more hours so he send over to enterprise car rental and I got a vehicle for the night, make a long story short after it was done I finally left unsatisfied.
