This was an unsatisfactory service appointment. I was informed that the work would be completed by 2:30 p.m., with a latest start time of 11:00 a.m. However, I did not receive my car until 4:10 p.m. At 2:30 p.m., Oscar, the service advisor, told me the car would be ready in about 20 minutes, before 3:00 p.m., but then he left for the day. I ultimately received my car at 4:10 p.m. from another service advisor. The lack of communication and delay made the experience disappointing.
