Too long of a wait even when I had an appointment, and the person who schedule my appointment said 1 1/2to 2 hours , and it took longer also than what the write up service person told me , I had to approach him twice to Ck on my car and he actually had to tell sometió bring it to me. I think you don’t respect appointments or you overbooked.
