Wondries Toyota Auto Repair Service

First, my associate was not friendly whatsoever. When I dropped off my car, I was quoted $334 for my tire change. When I received the text for pick up , it wanted to charge me $518. I texted for clarification with no response. I showed up to pick up the car and the cost was back to $339. The most frustrating part was that I was told my tire was changed as it had a nail in it. When I was driving home, I noticed again that my tire was quickly losing pressure. I returned and asked what the problem was and was told MY TIRE WAS NEVER CHANGED. Even though I paid for a new tire. They checked and confirmed that the work was not done. THIS IS FRAUD. I then missed picking up my family member who had to uber home and had to wait almost another hour. This was the WORST maintenance experience in 15 years. All I got was “sorry for the inconvenience”.I live 1 mile away from Wondries but because of this experience I will take the drive to Glendale or El Monte for maintenance. I will share this will all my family and friends and report this possibly to the BBB and BAR. I feel as though if my tire did not lose pressure, I would not have noticed and would have truly been scammed because I paid for a tire but it appears that my tire was just patched. The only explanation I got was, “the employee misunderstood what was needed
