My appointment was at 7:30am and I was checked in by 7:45. I was advised the service would take about 2-2.5 hours so I decided to stay and wait at the dealership. My car service wasn’t complete until 11:45am. There was no communication to advise me that my appointment would take longer than the promised time. I definitely would not be going back to Wonderies Toyota.

I recently visited your dealership for an oil change and routine maintenance. The service advisor informed me that it would cost over $300, and even the most basic service would be $230. While I was waiting, another customer mentioned that they had purchased a $300 maintenance package covering five services. When I asked the advisor about this package, they told me it was not applicable to my vehicle. However, when I later went to another dealership of the same brand, I was immediately offered the exact same $300 maintenance package. This left me very confused and upset. I cannot understand why your service advisor would provide misleading or discriminatory information to customers. Such behavior damages customer trust and severely affects the dealership’s reputation.

I’m sorry to say this. I was here today at 9:40AM to change my car battery, and then the guy that works here named Denny said that he has the car battery so that’s why I gave him my car. I waited till 1:30PM to ask him if my car ready yet, just for him to say no and he doesn’t have the battery. I asked him why he didn’t tell me sooner, just for him to say “Sorry I don’t have it, just wait a little bit longer.” And then I waited for another hour, he called me and I followed him, and then he started servicing others and ignored me when I was there first. He then said he’ll come back on Monday, that’s why I was very upset, I waited for my car and left my car there for hours and came back to check my at 3:40PM, just for him to say that my car isn’t ready. I’m sorry to say this but I’m very upset at y’all’s customer service. Have a nice day.
