I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. What was supposed to be a simple oil change, quoted as “about 2 hours,” ended up taking 6 hours. I had an appointment at 8:45 AM, arrived early at 8:30 AM, and did not leave until 2:50 PM.
The issue isn’t only the delay; it’s the complete lack of communication and customer care. My service representative was not attentive at all. She never checked in on me, never provided updates, and was nowhere to be found when I went to look for her.
If the service was going to take 6 hours, the minimum courtesy would have been to inform me upfront so I could plan my day. Instead, I wasted my entire morning and afternoon, had to cancel plans, and went without breakfast and lunch while waiting.
This experience was unacceptable and shows a serious lack of respect for the customer’s time.

My car didn’t have any leak before your last service. Your record about your last inspection didn’t mention any leak. But after your service, it is leaking now. I found some oil on the ground in my garage after your last service, but I didn’t have time to come back to check. I went to your site to check today, he charged me an inspection fee of $215. He also said that the pipe was aging, this excuse I can not accept. Another thing is that you couldn't even install a bolt of the air filter shell, they gave me fixed a screw, and the other side was not fixed. I waited from 8:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. How can it be seen that it is a service?
