First time getting service at this Toyota.
I was very impressed from the staff who evaluated and did the intake pf my car. Also the staff who drove off my car to the one that gave my initial service receipt. Very prompt, professional, and friendly staff. I am ???? percent satisfied and thank you for your service .

Took my vehicle to have the brakes rechecked because it was making a strange noise. Thee hour later I was told that it probably was dust that got into the brakes,, I told the service representative that I waited three hours just for to tell me that, I was than told that it was going to take approximately two more hours so he send over to enterprise car rental and I got a vehicle for the night, make a long story short after it was done I finally left unsatisfied.
