I think everyone in the maintenance team should know all about different models of cars and they come with such as features, accessories, equipment, etc. I needed to adjust the tire pressure and I couldn't find the air pump. I called maintenance and the lady was very kind to tell me to take the car to the maintenance and they would fix it. I asked where were the electrical outlets and the air pump in my car. Most people didn't know or said my car didn't have these equipped. Finally I found someone who knew it and helped me to locate the accessories in my car. I am very thankful to the maintenance team. This's a happy day and I am extremely satisfied with the service. Thanks ???? again!

Technician forgot to place sticker for next appointment service and mileage. Once they forgot reset timer for service and 2 weeks later I have a message telling me I forget my maintenance service!!!!
