I came in for Minor maintenance. Appt 0930 am. Basically oil change and inspection.
I was informed there was a recall. I asked if I could get the car back by noon and Di informed me there was a recall and I might be fiinisjed by 1-2PM.
I didn’t get my car back until 3:30 pm.
I spent 6 hours waiting for my car on a simple service. I realize recall work takes a back seat to “paying” service customers.
Needless to say, I will look elsewhere for my car maintenance services.
Di did a great job in the intake and settling the account.
