Danny was a 10 out of 10 on customer service, he wasn’t the problem. The problem came around when we gave our paper work to get my car back.
Who ever that guy was bring back the car from getting serviced had a big attitude with everyone. Bringing out the cars like someone was chasing him and leaving the car running without the owner around . He pulled up, got out, doesn’t acknowledge the owner of the car and walks away. God forbid someone takes the car of any customer because this guy decided to be a total tool leaving the car running without giving the car key to the actual customer. He’s a huge liability for your company, a lawsuit waiting to happen . If he decides to be a tool to people who had to part of his anger or frustration, he shouldn’t show up to work.
I couldn’t get this guys name because like I said before. He’ll pull up, not even close to the customer, get out the car and walk away.
Maybe if you look at your cameras, you’ll identify this guy.

I arrived around 10:00 am for my appointment and after being received by one of your employees who began to check me in he stopped and then sent me over to Mr Gallegos. Mr Gallegos told me he would come and get me when my car was done. It was around 1:00 pm and I thought it was taking to long. I walked over and noticed 3 people in line with Me Gallegos. I waited as he dealt with the 3 persons before me. Not until after several minutes he dealt with the 3rd person who was a was not sure what work they wanted done did he finally stop to get my signature on my paperwork that was already on his desk. His failure to provide me with my car prior to dealing with the line before him once again showed his unprofessionalism. I left your establishment around 1:20 pm. My question is did Mr. Gallegos deliberately have me waiting because I contacted management to complain about him?
