I took the car mainly for a tire check and at the end I'm still missing the one tire cap. I've could have gone to Costco for this and the service would have been much better.

Unacceptable service. You held my car for an entire week (I brought it in Tuesday the 18th and got it back the 25th) with absolutely no alternatives such as a loaner car (unless of course, it's at my expense).
I can understand needing my car for 2 days of diagnosis. You guys are busy and have other customers to service. However, it is completely unacceptable to tell me on Thursday that you need to wait until Saturday to have the windshield replaced, only for that timeline to get pushed back to Monday (and then once again delayed to Tuesday). Even if Toyota Wondries is not the one providing the glass for windshield replacement, the absolute least you could do is allow me to take my car back until the parts are available and the workers are on-site. My service rep already said there are no safety concerns with the car, so there should have been no reason to deny me the ability to drive my car. This city is not walkable, and I wasted an entire week of my vacation because of the poor service provided.
All of this is not to mention that the already expensive services and repairs were promised with a 10% discount, that were never honored. I didn't argue it because I honestly wanted nothing more to do with Toyota Wondries and wanted to leave as soon as possible. I will not be returning for service, nor will I recommend your services to anyone.

I did not receive any updates on the status of my service. The associate helping me never informed me of repairs needed or progress, and I had to ask another staff member about my vehicle about 10 minutes after the promised time. My maintenance light was also not reset, which makes me question whether the oil change was completed at all. Very disappointing experience. I left a message for the service manager and as of now have not heard back from him. This was my second time getting my car serviced there and it is the polar opposite experience.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. What was supposed to be a simple oil change, quoted as “about 2 hours,” ended up taking 6 hours. I had an appointment at 8:45 AM, arrived early at 8:30 AM, and did not leave until 2:50 PM.
The issue isn’t only the delay; it’s the complete lack of communication and customer care. My service representative was not attentive at all. She never checked in on me, never provided updates, and was nowhere to be found when I went to look for her.
If the service was going to take 6 hours, the minimum courtesy would have been to inform me upfront so I could plan my day. Instead, I wasted my entire morning and afternoon, had to cancel plans, and went without breakfast and lunch while waiting.
This experience was unacceptable and shows a serious lack of respect for the customer’s time.
