The service man didn’t explain to me have gave the invoice to person will deliver my car after I paid off service while I was waiting suddenly a man with red T-shirt told me I have gave him my invoice to pick up my car. Then he took my invoice after I asked him I need my copy he didn’t say a copy in my car. Leave me like stupid waiting so I have no choice told service man I need speak to supervisor finally he explained to me what happened. I just hope it doesn’t happen again because I always take my car for service.
