I waited for four hours to get my car finished. I came in for an oil change and to get a new sun visor installed. I checked in with my sales rep after almost 2 hours and was told it was almost ready. Another two hours goes by and I decide to ask someone else. When did the sales rep said it was ready. How long had my car been ready but the sales rep just forgot about me? That’s four hours of my life I had to spend in a waiting room. Completely unacceptable and I will never come back to this dealership ever again. I also gave this Toyota dealership a two star review online. Four hours for an oil change. How do you think this is acceptable?

This dealership was the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
I scheduled an appointment for noon yesterday at Wonderies for my air horn. My "promise time" was 3:00pm. Once it hit 3:05 I checked in to see if my service was completed; I was told ten more minutes. At 3:20, I asked again. Same answer. Ten more minutes. At 3:40 I asked again. Ten more minutes. I was mildly frustrated at this point. I asked again at 3:55. Same answer. Ten more minutes. At exactly 4:01, the service was completed and I was called over to receive my receipt in order to receive my car back. The worker (couldn't catch his name) wearing a tablet asked for my paper and told me to wait along the sidewalk in the pickup area. At 4:10, everyone who was in line when I originally got there had cycled out and there was a completely new group of people in que for their cars. I thought that was odd. At 4:15, I asked where my car was. I described who asked for my paper. They said and quote, "that person just clocked out and we can't find your paper". Excuse me??? You lost my receipt this whole time and didn't feel any sort of obligation to let me know??? I had to go back inside and ask the salesman for a copy of the receipt since it was lost. I went back outside and gave it to the valet guys, and they said my car would come out next. That was another lie. I counted eleven cars that were picked up by people who just got in line. I didn't receive my car until 4:29. 4:29!!!!! I can't fathom how much longer I would have been waiting if I didn't voice anything. As an insult to injury, my name was spelt "Helema" not "Helena"; and they inputted the wrong year my vehicle was manufactured. I asked in the service chat and in person kindly for them to correct the spelling mistake and car info error and it was not fixed. This establishment is terrible and I experienced the worst service imaginable.
