How can they check my brake linings and pads that my all 4 wheels have wheel locks. And trying to Charge me $1,400 for the service. My 4 runner doesn’t squeak or make any sound when I hit the brake. Possible rip off.

I wanted to complete this survey primarily because Jonathan Martinez provided, by far, the best and most excellent service I have ever received at this dealership. From the moment he checked me in, his professionalism stood out. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and clear in explaining the nature of the work being done on my vehicle.
He honored the promised service time exactly as scheduled, and the entire process—from vehicle drop-off to vehicle delivery—was smooth and stress-free. He even notified me promptly that my vehicle would be ready in 10 minutes, just as promised. When the work was completed, he took the time to walk me through everything that was done and personally escorted me to my vehicle to ensure my experience was excellent from start to finish.
What impressed me most was that even though he was very busy helping many customers, he made me feel like I wasn’t just another name on a list. Whether the work was warranty-related or customer-paid did not seem to matter to him. It was clear that commission was not his priority—customer satisfaction was.
