For an 11 o’clock appointment, I arrived at 10:50. Waited until 11:10 before escorted inside by a very pleasant repsentative. Waited another 5 minutes inside before I was assisted by an advisor who asked me if I was there for a maintenance service. This is the end of conversation for the day with the exception of the text I received if I wanted to change my filter nearly 3 hours after my arrival.
