Service was okay, arrived at 9:45 am with appointment for general service and recall. Estimated 1pm didn’t get done till around 3pm and that’s because I had to go up to the desk and ask if my car was done. Not sure if my car was ready before. Maybe because of being understaffed.

Everyone in the dealer has exceptional customer service, from the person who took my car, to the cashier at check out; except Wi Du, who seemed frustrated and overwhelmed and absolutely no energy to deliver or continue delivering what everyone else had achieved upon my arrival.
