Emilio was excellent!! After telling him I came straight from work to get my car serviced and was tired he estimated wait 2 hrs and even though I was unhappy about it I waited. I was told I needed a cabin filter and some work on injectors. The filter suggestion showed up on my paperwork, but theinjector suggestion did not. Injectors are supposed to be good for 50 to 100,000 miles. My car has 38,000. Thought that was a bit strange.

Not providing shuttle service to and fro made me wait there for almost 2 hours. If not shuttle other service centers are providing Uber or Lyft or similar.
