I was there for 5 HOURS. I finally had to call Todd after almost 4 hours and he said it would be 15 minutes to be done. 30 minutes later I called him to follow up and he nd8dnt answer his phone for 30 minutes. PLUS I was denied a ride anywhere or an uber. I'm done with Toyota after this.
