I have been coming to Toyota since I bought my Prius. I have never seriously thought about going to a a different garage. I was not happy with Nelson. This was my first time with him as my representative. I felt he was not well versed with my service record and I had a difficult time understanding him over the phone. In person I had no such issue. I ended up agreeing to something that I am not sure I needed because Nelson was not clear. I miss Mitch in Pasadena. Even though it’s twice as far, I might go to Pasadena even though Mitch isn’t there.
