I always service my truck here and it takes 60-75 minutes tops, this time it was 5 hours, completely unacceptable. What’s the point to making an appointment if it’s still going to take 5 hours to do a routine oil change? I am not happy at all with this experience

Most auto repair shops and auto parts stores diagnose your car for free when the check engine light is on out of curiosity. I had the check engine light come on my Toyota so instead of just going to an auto parts store to to tell me why my light was on I went to Alhambra Toyota. I made an appointment and went in to have my car diagnosed, I was surprised that I was going to be charged $190, but the charge would go towards repairs,so I was ok with the policy. I left my car to be fixed, and car was diagnosed but no problems were found just the gas cap, so I had it replaced. The reason why I am not satisfied is because even though I left my car to be repaired I was still charged the diagnostic fee, and what’s worse, the gas cap repair didn’t even go towards the the diagnostic fee.
