Appreciate Todd’s service. This maintenance visit had caused 4 hours. Appt 745, job finished 1145. The promised time was 1030. Toyota had given me NO CHARGE for this visiting. But that was not the point. As a representative Mr Todd ( or whoever ) should say ‘SORRY’ and explain Ed the reason about the delay. Instead to use ‘NO CHARGE’ to solve the problem. Fully understand the delaying was not cause by Mr Todd. I know it’s an individual case. Toyota always the best. Thank you.

One of your associates calls me to let me know that I might be due for an oil change and that there’s a special price he’s able to offer me. I go ahead and book the service. When I arrive at the service department my service advisor asks me what I’m bringing my car in for. I’m surprised that the reason for my visit isn’t in the computer system. The person calling folks to try and book them for appointments really should be making a note of WHY a customer is coming in for service at the time an appointment is made. Don’t you think? Because the service advisor wasn’t aware of the reason for my visit (or that I had been offered a special price on the service) there was some miscommunication about whether I needed a coupon or exactly what service the person booking my appointment had offered me. I eventually got the service I came in for at the price I was offered, but when I went to drive away I noticed that there was oil and grime fingerprints from the service technician on the inside of the drivers side door. So, not a very smooth experience dropping off my vehicle and I wound up having to clean up after the technicians when I got back in my car.

Ramon was excellent. He communicated with me constantly and kept me informed of my car's progress. However, I was very disappointed that Wonderies did not offer a loaner of some sort while my car was being repaired. For the amount of days the car would be gone and the fact it was stil under warranty these parts, you would think a loaner would be offered. Renting a car was definetely an expense I didn't need now.I ended up borrowing a car from a friend. However, I still needed to pick up the car from a different city and return it. This all could have been easily avoided if I had a loaner. What makes it worse is that Ramon not only asked once but twice for me and both times I was told no. Most dealerships are not like this, but I'm still grateful for you guys and the service there is pretty great usually when I go. Thanks again.
