Those guys there are cheating, before this maintenance, they told me the main service this time is tires rotation, but after service, I found my tires had not yet rotated after I got my car, because I found the front right tire which PSI was like 37 now still shows 37, and the other tires psi keep unchanged like 42(front, left), 42(rear, left), 45(rear, right), they did nothing for my tires, they are cheating me. And, one of the service guy told me all the four tires are wearing out enough which strongly recommended to be changed and they can give me discount for all 4 brand new the total amount like about 1000 dollars, but they are still cheating, because when I drove my car to a other tires shops, me and the stuff there all confirm my tires thread death are still well, absolutely not need to be changed, they are still well standard in thread death. They were cheating me twice just during only one maintenance.

After waiting 3 hours the mechanic told Nelson that I needed brakes. Well, I was prepared to spend the money on anything that had to be done when I walked in the dealership. I asked how long it would take for the brake job and it would be an additional 1 and a half hours. I don't have that kind of time. Unfortunately now I have to take another day off to get this done.In my opinion time is money!!!
