First and foremost this has been the first time I’ve brought in any of my vehicles for service at any dealerships after buying any vehicle. Nelson was extremely cordial and informative about everything that would be happing with my vehicle. My vehicle had been away for exactly 2 weeks and when I was originally told it’d take a month, so I feel like Nelson was on the dot about everything going on his end. While I was unsure about not having a vehicle I was told that I’d be able to get a rental and that relieved a huge amount of stress on my end. Nelson was also sending me updates consistently assuring me the car would be done and finished in a timely manner. After working with Nelson I’d honestly be glad to come back time and time again to work with him. Once again thank you Nelson! Hope to see you next time.

They said they called me when my vehicle was ready but they called the business number, not the cell number they should’ve called. I waited in the lobby a lot longer than I should’ve. A very nice woman came up to me and asked if I was waiting for car servicing. I let her know how long I had been there (12:45-4pm) and she immediately went to check on the status. She let me know my car had been ready. I appreciated her for her great customer service, everyone else just walked past me back and forth the whole time. I received, the “Your vehicle is ready” text message at 7:54 pm, almost four hours after I had already left with my car. I’m not upset with my experience, but maybe this feedback can help others.

If I am being honest this was my first time being a car for service and from the very beginning it seemed like I was the one having to figure out what to do next
My appointment was not booked apparently because I never clicked the link on the confirmation text even tho the lady said I was good to go to just show up. I waited almost an hour longer after the vehicle was finished because I wasn’t informed to go to the cashier after I spoke to the man who helped me
I feel like the communication in this place was very bad
I had to ask a few people what i was supposed to do
And not one person had informed me on how the process works
Definitely not a good first time experience
