My experience was awful! When I arrived on time for my appointment I stood there while I watched two other service representatives help people that came after me. They still weren’t going to help me until I said “hello?!” Once inside, I repeatedly said that my car was a fleet vehicle and a company car. This is the location where I got the car AND I’ve been there three other times for various things so I know it’s in the system that my car is a fleet vehicle and that’s who pays. So it was to my dismay when they handed me bill and then tried to argue with me about payment. Seriously?! ???? And then try to tell me I’m not in the system. All day long I was the invisible black woman. Not surprising.

A clip was left loose under the car. As soon as I drove it off the premises, it started making a horrible noise under the car. I had to turn around and come back. The service adviser could hear it. I explained that I had just had service & he took the car back to one of the techs who fixed it. He came out with the car and said that a clip under the car had come loose and he replaced it with one he had. I am worried that if this could happen, what else on the car was not checked before return to me.

Minor service, rear brake pads, air filter and induction service took over 7 hours to complete. That is too long. I dropped my car off at 8:00 per my appointment. And my car wasn’t ready until almost 3:30pm. My radio still hasn’t recovered from my battery being disconnected. And the young woman in charge of communicating with me went MIA. I had very poor customer service. Jennifer, the cashier apologized but she didn’t do anything wrong. It was the service personnel’s fault.
