The reason I was not satisfied with service is because I was not told that the issue I was having with my vehicle could not be performed on a Saturday, I had to schedule another appointment to bring the vehicle back the following business day, the service agent could of apologized but I received no apology for the misinformation I was given. The employees that take/ make the service appointments should be better trained to make sure the customers are informed.
