I had a 7:30am appointment, I waited in building for over 2 hours for a oil change. At 9:40 am, When I asked about car he said it was ready and proceeded to tell me other services car needed. I had no time to wait. Was very not satisfied.

While I was waiting, I asked him when my car would be ready, he said my cabin filter was dirty, he first said I just changed it on my last visit.
He didn’t look busy, maybe on his phone, I asked why he didn’t call earlier,
