I took my car in because I had a flat tire walk in, I did mention to the advisor that I had purchased tires with them and to my knowledge they were under warranty he had photos of the tires and he new that on my last visit my advisor told me that the tires were going to have to be replaced soon so with that been said he knew the warranty wasn’t active anymore. Therefore he should’ve told me right there and then I left my car 12 PM and didn’t get a response from him until after 4 PM stating that the tires were no longer under warranty because of low thread, and then I needed to replace them that put me in a spot where I couldn’t make it to pick up my car until the following day if he would’ve told me that since I dropped off the car, I would’ve made my decision right there and then and wouldn’t be without a car all day, so I am not satisfied with the customer service and it’s not the first time it happens to me and wonders Toyota and I’m really considering changing to another company my business.

Hi, Jason was polite, attentive, quick, and took time right away to resolve a minor problem.
The overall service was nice. I got back my sooner than expected. People there were quick.
The minor problem to mention was the cashier that couldn't find my name in order to get my car back. I told her about 3 times and then I had to go and get Jason to resolve it.
She seemed to much of a stickler, but glad Jason was there to fix her and get my car back without too much time dealing with her.
The other minor mentioned was when I was waiting for my car outside, one of your workers there, across the driveway seemed to kept starring. Not sure why or what he was doing, but it seemed a bit rude.
Other than that service was quick and nice, this time.
No need for a phone call. Text if you need or want more info. Not much more to tell.
