I ordered something through the parts department, and the service staff were unable to connect it. They said it was not a toyota part. If I can get the original part I needed with a different replacement, then why can’t I get a toyota replacement to replace the non toyota part?
I accidentally ordered my part from the wrong parts department and therefore I had no choice but to schedule my service there. I remember why I never go to Wondries.

Parts dept never called us to tell us our car key monitor arrived. Waited several weeks. I had to call to see if my order arrived. They were confused and I had to explain that we ordered a couple parts and 1 was back ordered.
