I have a great experience with Andre's Toyota in Alhambra Every time I've come in for service. I think it would be appreciated by your customer base, however,if the dealership would at least give there customers a ride to there homes when they're having their vehicles serviced ( If they live in a certain radius, and even just one way would be considerate). At any rate all other service experiences have been exceptional.

Waiting room needs improvement. The tables with outlets are very uncomfortable. If I have to wait at least two hours, I’d like to do work and use by tablet, but sitting there 2.5 hours was horrible. The amenities could be better. Other dealerships provide bottled water, but water from a fountain, and snacks. When I first got a Toyota, I went to Glendale. They had better costumer waiting experience, but Alhambra had better service advisors.
