I am a regular customer at Toyota Wondries for the last 13 years. I have always been treated exceptionally well by the service advisers always. I realize that there will be situations where things won't go perfectly and o understand that. However , this is the second time that the technician left black hand prints on the hood of my car, after working on it. There were grease sports on my door frame. I was so shocked that he didn't care to clean those marks he made , before delivering it to me. This is the second time it happens while serving my car. I think I deserve more than a courtesy call from customer satisfaction department. This is so unprofessional and careless of the technician.

So unhappy about my experience encountered today. The service manager who assisted me exaggerated too much the service to be done so he can charge more. Later on he said, when your car is done, let’s see what I can do. Afterwards he still charged me the same amount. I was already upset when he decided to lessen it. He is really something. The amount I paid was still higher than I’m supposed to pay that kind of service.

While I appreciate Toyota’s service, I was not fully satisfied with the experience due to poor communication. I had scheduled to stay and wait during my service appointment but had to repeatedly reach out for updates, as none were provided proactively. The lack of timely communication caused significant inconvenience, especially since the issue was not resolved. Better communication and faster problem resolution would have greatly improved my experience.
