The rep asked if I was dropping off my car, I said I was staying. He then said it doesn’t make a difference so then why does he even ask. It took a little over 3 hours for my car to be ready for an oil change. And if I hadn’t gone to ask him if my car was ready I’d probably be there longer. It was a little frustrating.
