I’m was disappointed that there was no car wash or transportation offered/available. Poor customer service. Gordon, the service liaison was polite and did his job.

They install a broken piece by my seat there a huge gap between the plastic and the seat. My Mom have the same car and there no gap between her seat, I waited for my car over 4 1/2 hours. I had numerous other other things done too. I wanted the molding by the seat done
