Isaac Perez is a very good service advisor. Very friendly & helpful. I have encountered one who was very grouchy. Not Isaac. Isaac is very friendly.

I asked if they were going to check the tire pressure and I was told,yes. However, I checked the tire pressure today,6/17/25 and the pressure was at 20 psi. Which is really low for the truck. I was trusting that it was checked at the time of service, but it wasn't.

Fuel level incorrect on my paperwork. Other than that fine. Yes I double stack floor mats. IDC it's locked in with the latch. Won't move at all, not a safety issue at all.

My only complaint is that even if you pay in person with credit card, there is a 3% service fee. I’ve never had that happen at any car dealership for any of the cars I own. I understand if you pay online that’s fine, but not in person.
