I am very satisfied how quickly John detected the problem on my right , front tire.
I bought a new tired and got out of there in an hour. Going to this leader is always the best option. Not even Longo Toyota tops their customer service I get from Nelson or John.
I wish they had a Starbucks and benches in the area where I pick up my car.

I had to bring my car back because last week they didn’t fix the molding around my seat correctly, that day last week I spent 4 1/2 hours there waiting for my car. I was told when I bring back my car to have them fix it that they would expedite my car that was not the case. I waited three hours and I had to go to the front and ask him about my car and it was ready.. Last too my car was ready and they didn’t call me
