originally scheduled my appointment using the automated phone system and received email confirmation. I called a day in advance of the appointment just to make sure my appointment included the oil change and the recall service. The person on the phone said there was no appointment on the schedule but she was able to fit me in. Additionally, email confirmation of appointment and status updates on my car came from 3 different phone numbers. It would be nice to just have one phone number for reference.
