Joshua provides great customer service - manswered all questions and followed up on requests; however, though we just purchased this vehicle, and it had received a thorough check up, and has a limited 3 mos warranty, it has now developed serious mechanical problems much to our chagrin as the repairs will be costly - yes it’s an old car but we followed consumer reports guidelines that gave this model green marks in 2020 review! We thought it was a good gamble and hope the problems presenting now are not the beginning of further problems.

Things were fine except for two things.
My wife was talked into getting the car wash service which normally would have been fine but I don't know if it read the wash but the rear wiper was broken off.
Second, this one was minor but the bumper want properly snapped back into place. I was able to fix that easily
