Laura was very nice to me and my son- she took the time to show him around and answer his questions - she even sent him a Lexus die cast car the next day! It was nice to have something positive happen in our lives

I took my car in to get an oil change and tire rotation on your slip it says the person is supposed to check the air in my tires I had to put air in my tires last week because they changed because of the weather so after having my tires changed in my truck car serviced by Lexus of Akron I’ll look at my tires and the air is still the same as it was I put in last week you never check the pressure in my tires how can I be satisfied with something like that
