Excellent Excellent Excellent service! Marty was very effecient and courteous as a representative of Lexus and definately an asset to the company. He made my situation less stressful by keeping me updated on my cars progress. The service department did an exceptional job trouble shooting and accurately diagnosing the problem when no one else could. All things aside, I really think $300 is pretty steep for oil change, cabin filter and tire rotation. Our previous car a Toyota Prius had yearly maintenance similar to this at Don Joseph in Kent for under $70

I am not happy - I miss my previous service advisor Scott. He was personable and actually took time to talk to me. I had a question for Nick and I am still waiting to hear from him. This new texting system is horrible - how do you expect me to feel the highest quality of service if you don’t even take the time to call me.
