I was very disappointed in the service I received today I asked have my car back by noon. I said it wouldn’t be a problem. I never got any calls. I had to call three times and then still no call back.I just got in the car and went to the dealership. I have been a customer for a very long time and I don’t know if I will continue service here.

I am completely dissatisfied that I bought a L Certified GX from YOUR DEALERSHIP less than two years ago and was told I’d get 2 years of service included, and yet I had to pay $365 for my service yesterday.
I think I only put 15,000 miles on it in two years… because of the next issue.
Next, it’s hard for me to believe that I bought a L Certified GX from you and Lexus did absolutely ZERO to support their customers when they failed to upgrade our vehicles when support for 3G cellular went away.
Why would Lexus be putting 3G tech in 2017 vehicles when 4G was available almost 10 years earlier? Nobody ever gave me a good answer about that.
FYI, other manufacturers such as Volkswagen and Subaru supported their customers with free satisfactory upgrades and they’re not even considered luxury brands.
I used to be able to start my GX when my flight landed so it would be warm by the time I got to it in the middle of Winter. That’s a big reason why I bought it.
I doubt I’ll ever buy another Lexus after all this crap.

Bring Scott back! This guy was empty with no indication of attentiveness to my situation. I had to tell him at least four time about replacing the cheap rubber license plate screws installed by your team last year. The plate is holding on with one of the fragile screws that can falter any moment. If someone mentions something 3 times or more, it matters to them. It was a simple fix, but I knew it would not be done. His apathetic nature is very apparent. After 17 years, we are done with your service department. We appreciated seeing the diversity reflected in your new drivers. That is the only positive you got going for you at this point. Switch them to Price's job and I may return.
