Scott has always been the most helpful and courteous service representative. He is great asset to the department and the only one I will deal with. I have been with right Honda service for 6 years and he ensures I am always taken care of. I am VERY particular about my cars and he has ALWAYS accommodated me. When an incident arised where multiple people were playing around in my car asking to rev the engine. when I addressed him about these concerns he ensured me that every time I drop my car off he gets a trusted technician and evendrives it back himself sometimes. He’s a great guy and I will only ever go through him, don’t let him go.

Fabian came right out of his office when I pulled into the Express Service bay. I didn't have to wait in the heat. Also, my oil change was performed in record time. I normally wait an hour for this but, this time it was done in about 30 minutes! Fabian found me in the waiting area, went over the inspection points, and directed me to the cashier, all done very politely.
