Dreadful experience. Left the car with you for over 2 weeks and the problem still existed upon collection, even though I was very specific as to how to duplicate the issue. I was without my own new car (less than 1,000 miles on it) for another 3 days. The drivers door had been hit and had someone else’s paint on it that had to be buffed out too. While Fabian was patient and nice to work with, the actual experience was shameful.

He also advised me that my transmission fluid needed to be changed due to the high mileage on the car. They also found the cause of the horribly annoying constant beeping going on in my car. I had to leave due to an appointment by it is great that when I bring my car back I know exactly what to ask the service dept to do as Scott explained to me exactly what was needed. Great job Right Honda!!
