This is not against him it's just the service. He treated us well and followed up with a phone call about the findings during the oil change . Asked if car was getting washed he assured us it would , and it wasn't . Not sure who didn't follow through

Drove my car in at 8:15 am. Was to work by your shuttle driver by 830 am. Called shuttle driver at rush hour lunch and he was prompt on picking me up and returning me back to dealership.
