First, I sat in my car waiting for a service rep...3 reps walked past my car and ignored me. After 5 minutes, I walked into service reps work area and asked to be helped. I was told by Alan that he would be right out. I waited 3 more minutes and 2 more reps walked by without asking if I had been helped. Then he assisted me.
When my car was completed, he told me where to go to complete my paperwork, where my car was, and everything was okay. He did not walk through the paperwork and discuss the results of the technician.
I have never felt more unappreciated and invisible in all my years of Honda ownership!
