Communication was Excellent. With disappointed. When bringing in my car the shocks were fine yet all of a sudden after being on the lift I was told that they broke which has never happened to me in the past with any car I’ve ever had which seems very Questionable And was also told it was pay $850 for. Yet after a lot of discussion and stress which I believe the broken shocks had to do with the mechanic . Finally after refusing to pay for it and found out it became unsafe to drive my car Honda paid for the shocks to be replaced. After causing me great stress I believe because it was due to their faults and then only the charges on the invoice for 500 and some dollars. Indicates that if I were to pay out-of-pocket for Hondas told me it was double what the cost was on the invoice which has me question what was the truth. Not completely I had a percent happy with the situation. Scott handle it very well was very professional. I appreciated his honesty and upfront.
