I drove up to the right Honda location and I was nervous that I couldn’t get help since I had just got off work and it was close to closing time for the service department. Dan ended up helping me get a new battery in my car and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided! He was able to get me a new battery and install it before they closed up!

It was horrendous! Really the worst I've ever experienced. And I've been around the block a few times. Completely unexceptable. The excuses I was given were flimsy, illogical and not even in the best interest of your company. All you had to do was work with me a little bit, maybe come half way or even all the way for the minimal amount of money involved to make me happy. And you would've had a customer or many customers cz I have friends, that would've bought multiple cars in the future. But your guy Chris and Dan were and are ignorant as to the way business really works. Were short sighted and offered no solutions to what was really a minor problem. Instead they decided to attempt to aggravate me with their non solutions and attitudes. Good luck
