Danial checked on my Honda Care program for me to verify that I could take my Honda to Prescott Honda for the Free service. I had sent a text to my salesman at Right Honda to verify "no response". I had asked the GM at Prescott Honda and he said I had to take my Honda to Scottsdale since I purchased it at Right Honda. I asked a salesman on the floor at Right Honda the day I brought it in for service 10/29/18 and he also said I had to take my Honda to Scottsdale for the Free service, but Daniel took the time to verify the information for me and indicated that I could indeed take my Honda to the Prescott Honda for the same Free service. I drove 2 1/2 hours from Prescott to Scottsdale for the same service I was illegible to receive in Prescott because other employees were too busy to take the time to verify for me which only took Daniel a fee seconds to pull up on the computer. THANK YOU DANIEL FOR CARING ENOUGH TO HELP ME, YOU ARE A VALUABLE EMPLOYEE AND SHOULD BE RECOGNIZED FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Service tech seemed annoyed when I questioned his diagnosis of my car. I tried to ask more questions and he wouldn’t return my call. I took it to another shop and they repaired it for $150 instead of the $900 plus your shop wanted. The repair your shop wanted to do wasn’t even the problem and did not need to be replaced. I won’t use you again or recommend you to others

Andrew did assist me with my services. I brought my Honda in a month and a half ago and they stated they fixed the issue that was fixed by Andrew today. It is early the last time it was a couple of weeks that went by and the problem came back. I'm hoping it is fixed if not I will call Andrew since he was so helpful.
