We were first told our car was done with the oil change and no problems detected. After waiting over five minutes for the car runner to find our car we were told our car was not ready. We were then told new brakes were needed which we authorized but again when leaving the car runner could not find our car. After waiting for an extended period of time our car was finally brought up. This was our first visit to this dealership and we did not know if this was how things normally go. It seemed unorganized.
