Dan Organ helped with the service . The service was for B127. Oil change, tire rotation and brake fluid . Dan never discussed with me if I’m okay with replacing the air filters . I got that as a surprise in my bill . I would rather try other dealers and see if I get even better service .

My main concern/issue was NOT fixed - Pandora Bluetooth disconnects CONSTANTLY from my iPhone 8 Plus running iOS 12.1.4 (up to date). This issue was NOT fixed, the tech said they "rebooted" the radio and deleted my phone. Well I added it back in and as soon as I put my car in gear from Park, the stereo stopped playing Pandora and says "no device connected". This is UNACCEPTABLE. This is a know issue and both Honda and dealer are passing the blame, FIX OR REPLACE MY infotainment / stereo unit. THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE.
