My moonroof malfunctioned for the third time. Brought it back to be repaired again. TJ kept asking me what I was doing to it. I informed him I was just pushing the button to close it. He then asked what my adult children might be doing to the roof while they ride in my car. He informed me that Honda would fix it this time but never again. It is clearly a faulty part. I am a longtime Honda customer. I have owned 6 Hondas. This car is not even a year old. If this is how Honda stands by their product then I am finished with them. So basically I have a pain roof that I’m afraid to push the button to open because if it breaks again I will have to pay to repair it when it is clearly faulty. Nice way to handle a customer.
