Bathrooms in a trailer. New chairs in waiting room (black ones) extremely uncomfortable. The back is too deep. I’m 5’7” and if I sat all the way back my feet would be off the floor. Seat back too deep. Would NOT LIE to ever have to wait in this waiting room because chairs are so off. Will drive 30 minutes to Tempe Honda because at least their waiting room in comfortable to wait in. Very disappointed in these new changes.

Everything looks great. Was happy to know that the technician was very concerned about not damaging my defrost wires in the window and so was very diligent about removing the film.
